Letter about asking for Mukarram al-Saltanah's hand in marriage
The author compliments Mirza Fath Allah Khan, son of Haji Mushir Lashkar (from Tabriz), for his achievements and mentions his marriage proposal to Mukarram al-Saltanah, daughter of ‘Abd al-Hamid Mirza Nasir al-Dawlah. The writer asks the addressee for his permission for this marriage.
